NOTICE: Magicians Wanted - Royal Procurement

This notice was distributed to various parties and locations in central Ardell, as well as to the three great schools of magic: the Council of Magi, the Runic Circle in Mystmarch, and the Foard of Maesters in Elbion.
WHEREAS Ashdell, for all its prosperity and skill, has no formal institution of magical learning;
WHEREAS magicians of every stripe may be found throughout the continent of Ardell, including at the three great schools;
THEREFORE His Majesty issues a public invitation to any magician, whether independent or affiliated with a school, who fits the following criteria:
In the event that multiple magicians present themselves and prove equal to the task, His Majesty and his advisors will select among the proposals. Interested parties should apply at the palace in Coalhurst, Ashdell.
