Due to developing community norms and the Tellos fiasco, I've added some clarifying examples to the character template under 'Magic'. New text underlined.
MAGIC: (True magicians are few these days, but plenty of people have limited abilities of various kinds, from birth or study or accidents. Feel free to make up your own kinds of magic. All that really matters is scale. Unacceptable: Cast a spell and destroy a town or army. Acceptable: Spend a lot of time creating a ritual that affects an area; enchant catapult ammunition.)
